"The price on the shelf is not the price for a one-bottle purchase: this is what you'll be told at the counter when you're about to pay one bottle of wine and the real price only shows up on the card payment device. This may then be followed by: if you buy more bottles (how many??) you can have a better price (how much?). Very transparent."
