"Bought a whiskey flask at this shop. Was going to give him as Xmas present. Found out he had already one, so went back to the shop to get a refund. The person was annoyed I had asked for refund, and said they don’t do refunds, reluctantly offered a gift voucher instead. I got £16 back. I had not realised at the purchase of the item, they had charged me £2! for the bag ( cashier never mentioned the bag costs £2!) Told them I had the bag at home and would bring it back, but was told they wouldn’t accept the bag, and wouldn’t pay me! Never go back this store. Very bad customer service."

"Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went there to buy a wedding gift for my best friend. They welcome me with a big smile. I found staff very friendly, warm, helpful and go extra miles to guide you through with different selection of whiskies and provide you with deep knowledge of whiskies. At the end they wrapped my gift in a nice tissue paper. I recommend this shop to every one who are looking for quality whiskies. I will go back again in the future."
