"I had tried to drop off of 3 parcels for UPS pickup at a place in Addlestone but i didn't trust the assistant as i didn't receive an email or sms receipt. I took my parcels back from them and called around and found JK Beers and wines. I spoke to Santosh who understood my situation and was able to checkin my parcels remotely to show me that sms or email receipts should be received which they were. I didn't mind driving 13 miles to JK Beers and wines the next morning to drop my parcels off because of the great service Santosh afforded me. He was proactive, honest and helpful - taking time to explain how the ups process is supposed to work. Santosh is great. PLEASE USE JK BEERS AND WINE FOR YOUR PARCEL DROP OFF, THEYRE FAB! THANKS SANTOSH."
