"Absolutely horrible castomer service, impossible to get through and sign up for a session. I booked a place on the website and took out a monthly subscription to pay for gymnastics training for my daughter. I then got an email saying that it turned out that the time was already unavailable, but we got offered another time an hour earlier. I happily agreed, but was unable to get through to make the payment for the first trial session. There was no further reply to my voice mail. Then I got another email saying that they had got the time wrong again and that it was only 8.30am. A few more days later I got another email where I was told that this was all a mistake and that there was no sessions available at all for my daughter. We were put on a waiting list. I am extremely disappointed as this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I really hope the company can improve their castomer service and the children will be able to practise without obstacles."
"Shocking - send you child here if you want them to learn to gambol and pay £30 a month for it! No communication. The viewing area is like a cattle market. The teachers are a bunch of kids who don’t even look to like children. Waste of time and money. Much better gymnastics clubs out there."
"I would highly recommend this gymnastics Club, and I wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else, she absolutely loves it here! Professional coaches, a friendly admin team, and brilliant classes. It's a 5* from me!"
"My daughter started October 2020 and has successfully gained 3 badges due to the professional staff coaching her in lessons. Even in lockdown, they have provided excellent zoom lessons, making sure every child is not left behind. Thank you for your continued support and professionalism during difficult times."
"At Earls, there is a real concentration of efforts to move the boys squad forward. Unfortunately, if you are not in that group then, you will not be given sufficient exposure to gym skills, gym equipment and gym teacher's expertise. We stayed the year which was honestly six months too long with the final few month's lessons consisting of an hour of 'conditioning' instead of supporting children to make the progress that they are capable of. Sadly most good gyms have a long waiting list so if you are interested in getting your child involved in gymnastics, my advice would be to contact a different gym sooner rather than later."
