"A Great Gym!. Been coming to this Gym at lunchtime s for a few years now, it is well equipped, never to busy and Sam and his staff are very friendly and always available for a chat. There are plenty of running machines, bikes, etc and a good selection of weight lifting equipment also available is a sauna and steam room. If you want a friendly gym with great staff this is a good place to come. Highly recommended"

"A really really friendly gym with great helpful staff always willing to give advice and support.The gym caters for all abilities and needs, its also a place where young and old train and mix well together. The facilities are clean and tidy at all times, and fitness equipment is in good working order. Also the members who attend are friendly and willing to give each other a hand if required. The membership/fee's are very competitive in this time of low paying fee's for gym's popping up all around and should you pay upfront for the year it works out to be real value for money The gym also has a Sauna & Steam-room, which is used on alternate days by males and females.
