In order to sell your very expensive activewear, at least make the customer feel welcome. I was going to purchase 2 items, but they lost a sale, maybe get some training,!!!"

Went into store main shop assistant was chatting with friend at till for around 5 minutes no acknowledgement I was there or if I wanted any help, eventually another sales assistant arrived again, didn't ask if I wanted any assistance which I did need as hardly anything in my usual size (xs) out on display. Sweaty Betty sizes VERY large and I was swamped in their xs and then told they don't stock their smaller sizes in store. Don't bother going if you're sized below a 10."
