"Visited today (Friday 26 August 2022) at 2250. The cashier wouldn't turn on the fuel pump, he was just waving me away. Another staff member who was taking in the forecourts fire extinguishers wouldn't reply to me when I asked why I couldn't buy fuel. Seems they were closing earlier than the advertised time of 2300. I had to move a bin out of the way so I could leave via the exit. Why block the exit but not the entrance? Why close ten minutes early? Why treat me with such disrespect? I filled up elsewhere and won't return."
"No toilet facilities. Used pump 1 and it didn’t seem to work. No sign it was pay at the pump only. After being in heavy traffic in London I needed to use the facilities and there aren’t any! Was happy to take my money but not provide toilet facilities. Go somewhere else! Not acceptable."
