"Unfortunately on a passing Sunday, 15 minutes before close, one of the colleagues was tasked to walk up and down the isles and scream out and repeat the minutes to close. This was repeated around five times per minute, which i thought.. “surely the colleague doesn’t get paid enough for this?”. Some customers were saying amusingly.. “I’ve had to go down the same isle and get what i need because i cannot concentrate with her yelling”. Strongly believe the management should review this as it’s rather irritating due to the repetition and pitch of the voice. Why not just use the tannoy and update customer every five minutes? Thanks"
"I've been coming here from the start and the staff have been helpful. I'm a disabled person and Lee has been very helpful to me. He has gone out of his way to help. It's a shame the stores gone down hill. Never have what you need, freezers empty. I'm sorry to say that I'm thinking of going elsewhere to do my shopping."
"I had the most rude member of staff this morning. I found him stacking shelves in the meat isle (23) at 11am ish and I asked him where I could find something. His response was ‘im helping someone else’ and turned his back. He was a short guy with short brown hair. He shouldn’t be allowed a job on the shop floor. Never had such rude staff as this store."
"I have been regularly using this store since it opened, I’m guessing 15-16 years, at least twice a week and almost always been satisfied with the produce and service. Recently it’s been a shambles, I realise there is some rearranging going on but the person or people dealing with these “improvements” need to take a look at themselves and even bought to account. The store has been difficult to navigate since these “improvements” started and there has been noticeable new staff that have no idea where items have been moved to and treat assisting the customers as a hindrance. The signage should have been in place when the musical chairs shambles started. Speaking to other customers this morning and everyone saying the same thing. Also some of the fresh produce ie. fruit and especially lettuce looks as though it should be in the rubbish rather than on the shelves."
