"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Yesterday I was exposed to the machismo of a group of employees who laughed at me. I arrived by taxy to the supermarket a few minutes before 12 pm and the doors were already closed, in an emergency I waited for someone to come out. I greeted a group of men and told them I needed ibuprofen and tampons, I was in a lot of pain. one even laughed and made me cringe. The manager refused to sell me anything. I spent the night awake crying in pain for his machismo and his lack of empathy towards women. The lack of humanity of this group of men is really shameful. Maybe if there had been a woman who understood me it would have been different, but they just ignored me and gave me one of the worst nights in years. You should be ashamed of your behavior. Please avoid this supermarket."
"Products are lazily stocked on shelves in the wrong place under the wrong price tags, see it multiple times per visit, in bulk so staff have clearly done it, making it confusing understanding how much you're paying if not vigilant, staff not too fussed."
"The worst place to shop at. Some of the men that work there are absolutely brutal. I have been shopping there everyday for over a year. And one of the employees have constantly harassed me. Very very rude, unprofessional. He humiliated me and told me I need to leave because I was a thief even tho he has no proof, as I always pay for my stuff. The manager looked clueless and didn’t do anything about the fact that he kept harassing me and in the end the man hit my arm and pushed me. So I’m taking it up to head office now."
"I went there and was accused of stealing by the incompetent security. I was told there was no receipts given by the machine on the auto. He had every right to accuse me but nothing to apologise. This really riled me up as I am not a thief. What gives them the right. I paid and when I paid the machine said no receipt. The security had asked the manager to come and check the auto in front of everyone (a big queue) what an embarrassment for me. Cheers. Really appreciate it. Not."
"The staff at this place are so slow, went there this morning shop was empty no customers but a lot of staff mopping and stacking shelves and still too busy to serve customers, this cashier called me to come to the till and then she started stacking shelves behind her, then came back to me and started scanning and then I asked for something else and then she disappeared to stack more shelves and then came back to me and asked me what I wanted, staff need to be trained again also the self service tills are rubbish I had one item once and I had change in my hand but I couldn't use the self service tills as they are all card only so I had to queue up on the only till that accepts cash with the cashier on it and many people are queuing up for cigarettes and lottery, a long wait for one item and the other tills are all empty, should have atleast one self service till for cash and card to speed up the process like sainsbury's local only 1 min walk from this Tesco."
