"The exceedingly terrible shopping experience on food quality. We bought a box of longan for £17.5. And there is not any expiration date on the package. The staff in-store said that it is fresh longan. After 40 minutes, When we got home and unpacked it, the 90% longan was rotten and flat, as you see in the pictures. It is hard to imagine how long this box of longan has been kept in the store; how dare they sell rotten fruit at such an expensive original price? Tried to call them many times., but no one answered the phone at all. If any of you read this review and know any number I can call to complain to them, please kindly share with me. Thanks. Tight your money, and be careful to shop there."

"I saw flies flying around in the fresh-keeping fridges on the second floor, and I did tested the temperature which was normal room temperature. I really question how this refrigerator keeps fresh and also suggested buyer to clean the packing bags before open them. And also, I paid £26 for a roast duck 12Jun 2022. I was disappointed with the plain, insipid roast duck and did complained. But very dissatisfied with their attitude. Horrible experience in the Chinese supermarket."

"Don't let the outside fool you. This shop is quite a large shop with 2 floors. The shelves are well stocked. From fresh fruits and veg, to a decent frozen section, fresh seafood and a little stand for takeaway char siu/roast duck/roast pork (with rice as well). The prices are decent."

"Parking: lots of space. 2 hours parking. Covid19 friendly: Hand sanitizer in the front which is good. Lots of space to move about. Everyone is wearing a mask. We went on a Sunday so it can be busy. Range: There is everything you can find. It was well stocked. Pricing of fruit is good. Area: in a popular shopping area. There is a lot of traffic during the weekend. Other info: it is always very cold like a fridge especially in winter. Wear something warm. Store is reasonably big. It is a bit run down looking downstairs and upstairs is a bit better looking. There is a small area to eat and a small kitchen to buy crispy pork or roast duck. Roast duck is about £22"
