It has really built her confidence and stamina. She looks forward to attending her weekly classes. "Instructors are great with the kids and really know how to get them motivated by making classes fun with just the right amount of silliness whilst working on their physical fitness, skill, balance, strength and confidence. My four year old loves her classes and has come on in leaps and bounds in just a few months. The parents are always kept very involved with classes too which is fantastic. 100% recommend."
