"A disorganised pharmacy. It takes 3-5 days to fulfil a prescription. They need a separate window for ready collections (they have a text service for this) to reduce the queue and waiting time for everyone."

"I was informed that my rather important prescription was not available in any of the supply warehouses and I should speak to my Dr for an alternative. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a Dr review so have been unable to get my prescription sooner that my Dr sent directly to the pharmacy. I asked if i would have been called by the pharmacy later to let me know about the requirement to speak to my Dr, the young lady said no, they wait for the patient to come in and collect their prescription. I said there was then every possibility I would not have my prescription in time... The answer i was given was the same. I spoke to HQ expressing my concerns but wasnt very hopeful. ***Today i have changed my rating. Having returned again and on being advised the replacement rx was not available, the Pharmacist was incredibly helpful and sorted the replacement with the Dr while i waited... I have done some research and realise my rx is in short supply... This must be very frustrating for medical professionals and for people like me, the diligence exercised to negotiate this is invaluable. Thank you. (Please change your online opening times that state you close 1pm to 2pm for lunch! I forget)."
