"Have complained for months about systematic overcharging at the tills. Many prices on the shelves have been wrong for months, despite me complaining 10-15 times. I have spoken to every member of staff it seems, but nothing changes. If you know you've been overcharging people for months, but do nothing about it, isn't it fraud?"
"Never ever order anything from Argos for collection in this store! First you will wait forever before someone slowly emerges from the back room, when they finally and reluctantly look for your item - it's not there! That's despite it shows on their own system and on your phone screen as delivered in-store and awaiting collection. They went, hey checked and it's not there. From that moment on it's your problem mate (= days of wasted time talking to Argos support). Oh yes, they also ask to call back, but will they pick up the phone? Of course not! Genius!"
