"New to the area & tried shopping be a few times but hated the experience. To be surrounded at the till by security and staff on ALL visits - one that was so uncomfortable I simply left items at checkout and went to the Holloway road. I asked if there was a problem, to which I was looked up and down and met with no response. My visit today was the worst. Despite the camera watching you at the till two security positioned themselves around my checkout till along with the till supervisor to watch me and didny even hid it. Many other customers had to call for their assistance as they were too busy watching me. On finishing, I stepped back from the till and into a security guard whom was far too close in general and not even an apology, just hard faced stares. Weird vibes from this store, staff and security on EVERY VISIT. Who knew a 5ft 2 woman grocery shopping would have so many staff attached to me and not offer any support as I navigated the shop with a walking aid. LET PEOPLE SHOP IN PEACE WITH OUT YOUR BIASED AND PROJECTED OPINIONS."

"Very poor service. Price reported are wrong, most of them went up and when brought to the attention of staff they laugh at you! very unprofessional. People taking ages at self check out without staff prompting them to speed up."
