"Price is no different from Sainsbury's infant Sainsbury's got some cheaper items, will recommend Sainsbury's at least you get a nectar point and that is value for money and lidl are inconsistent with items and too much cue at check out plus they charge you extra vat, not sure if people are aware of this. Not worth it and their range of biscuits and chocolate is diabolic. Not value for money."
"Good size store, clean, wide aisles, good prices, good variety of products, friendly staff. I never go to the other Lidl at the south side of Finsbury Park any more. I used to go to the Tesco Metro up the road but not any more."
"Lidl is great for those who want to shop for groceries on the cheap. The store offers a wide selection of food at more affordable prices than other market chains. The downside, as with any discount store, is that the food quality isn't as high as at other stores. If you're on a budget, this place has what you need but if you're looking to eat healthy and know where your food is coming from."
"I've been there today. My 2yo little one was going through tantrums and I was really struggling carrying her bike, our shopping basket, and trying meanwhile to keep her next to me. A tall men screaming who's next seemed annoyed by the situation, maybe we were slowing down the queue. Once arrived at the cash machine finally someone realized that I could need help. LUIS kindly told me he would have quickly scanned my goods while I was dealing with my little one. In that moment the tall man mentioned above got close to us and told aggressively to Luis "Are you kidding me?!?" in regard to the fact that he was helping me. Luis replied calm that everything was fine cause meanwhile the queue was proceeding smoothly. I just want to thank Luis, cause his little help has been massive to me today. Purposely I didn't ask the tall man's name, however I found his manners and his comment so inappropriate and respectless that I felt mortified. Even when we try to be as quick as possible to sell as much as possible we should still remember we're all human being and there's no need to step on someone to sell an apple more."
