"Incredible how going to Tesco can ruin your day. Rude employees, dirty premises, bother customers for everything. Tesco seems to be doing me a favor when I go shopping and spending my money. It is incredible that having bad comments years ago they do nothing to improve the 3 points that everyone criticizes, rudeness of the staff, few cash registers and corridors crowded with supplies."

"I entered the shop at 22:25 today. I was just about to pay at the check out but the security came to and with the biggest grin on his face told me that I could not buy anything after 22:30. The clock just ticked 22:31, so I asked why he didn’t tell me that when I entered. He couldn’t answer and wasn’t laughing anymore. The staff was talking and laughing at a corner of the store not paying attention to customers. Why is the store working until 11pm, but I wasn’t allowed to make a purchase at 22:30? This is the worst grocery store with the rudest staff. I will make sure I never set my foot there. One star is too much for Tesco at St John’s Wood, but there is nothing lower to choose from."

"A really horrible experience every time I go in. They are obsessed by restocking the shelves and they are constantly pushing around the huge cages. This takes precedence over customer service. Most of the staff are rude and never crack as smile. The new Tesco up the road in Swiss Cottage is much more pleasant experience and thankfully not much further to walk."

"I had an evri parcel delivered here. After receiving the notification that the parcel has been delivered when I went there after two days, they said no such parcel has been received, and to come back after a few days. When I went there after 6 days, the person told me the parcel has been returned back and showed me on his machine it had been delivered to them 2 days prior to when I went to collect it the first time. It was never returned back to the company so the company didn't issue a refund as well. I am not sure what they did with the product. The staff seemed quite rude and apathetic in all of this."

"Worst, not only tesco, but grocery store I've ever been to. Never seen such a bad customer service. Staff are rude to people, I was already thinking it was terrible, staff and shop in general, but one of them actually made fun of me in front of everyone yesterday. Also if you make a comment about customers, literally in front of them, you cannot do it in a language that they don't understand just to say whatever you like. I'll make sure I never put foot in this place again even tho is the only one nearby, this is how unhappy I am with the place! Unacceptable that this is the only option in St john's wood."
