"I went for my second covid jab and I could not have been more at ease. The lady that took my details initially was perfectly cordial and pleasant and the chemist that administered the injection was very good at distracting me from the needle and holding a great conversation. Also, when I went there was a lady cleaning the seats down, I can't say if this was just timing but it certainly added to the comfort of my visit. I felt like I was in good hands!"

"Went to collect a prescription and was told that they had delivered it today. I explained that I hadn't signed up for the delivery service and no one would have been home today, as we both work. I was told they would retry tomorrow, I explained that again, no one would be home tomorrow either. Could I instead collect my prescription. I was then informed that because I hadn't let them know before 5pm, that they would still reattempt delivery tomorrow. I feel it was a wasted journey both for myself and delivery team and that they could have easily informed the delivery staff, that they weren't to deliver my prescription the following day."

"Rude staff treats like something on the bottom of her shoe, as if your a problem and have annoyed them. They’re part of the scheme to get free paracetamol for children ect but always make me feel as if I should be ashamed asking lots of invasive questions asking if I’m sure my child is poorly for the medicine Yes I am! They are always very very slow even when checking before coming that they have prescription and ordering online 3-5 days before still takes a life time. If you bring one in straight from drs it had taken an hour before! It’s ridiculous! More often than not they don’t have the prescription ready even doing all that and blame the drs for not sending it. The also almost every single time I pick up my oramorph they leave it out of my meds I pick up and I have to go back in to get it. They also sometimes say I have already been giving my oramorph and have to argument about it proving iv not picked it up! It’s exhausting and humiliating. I’m not sure reason why for this behaviour. I only go here cause it’s next to my drs but it does need new change of staff especially getting rid of the old woman with red hair! Also iv had lots of fines from nhs using this chemist not had that problem elsewhere but they keep writing down wrong exemption despite telling them so many times!"

"I have used the delivery service from this chemist for some years now but for the last 6 months it has been disgraceful. Place the order by phone and then struggle with getting my important tablet in time. If I was not on the ball I would have been left “ cold turkey” I.e. without my anti spasm tablets all weekend and more. As a disabled person who is venerable I find this unacceptable. Who can you complain to , to get this resolved."
