Food n Fun with The Joshi's:

"I went there last night to buy Shell fuel. Staff called Kumar on til did not scan my shell point card. He told me to call number at bottom of receipt to add points. I checked and there was no contact number. I went upto him to say there is no contact number on receipt. He says he never told me call the number but to add that number on app next day. I opened shell app, there was no option to add any points on shell app. Now he knew he is making stories so he started shouting, using foul language and showing Middle finger to me in front of staff and other customers.i went in again to say why is he doing that, he threatened me to call the police. At this point I was determined to have a police because I haven't done nothing wrong. His colleague Steve came to know the matter, he was decent human to talk and he understood Kumar's rude and arrogant behaviour. Steve asked him to shush but Kumar says Steve that he have more experience as customer advisor than Steve so let him handle. I have never experienced such obnoxious behaviour from Waitrose or Shell staff. I have video recording as evidence."
