"Should be closed down! A petite lady waiting politely in line for the checkout got shoved aside by a huge black guy who decided that he didn't want to queue like everyone else. She told him that he could not just push in. With that he physically shoved her out of the way. No one helped her or stepped in to assist. The staff behind the tills served him before her and did not intervene to help either. He continued to verbally insult this poor lady and when she quite rightly lost her temper with him a gentleman did step forward and rang the police. He also gave the cowardly British onlookers a piece of his mind. If this happened in the US or Australia not just the men but the women would have helped this lady. The UK is full of self centred cowardly folk that would not notice if someone had been stabbed. The manager and staff in the store had a duty to sling this guy out and call the police. They also have a duty to protect their customers. I will not be using this store again."
