They got shouty and defensive and bacically referenced so what. This not only show horrible customer service but also contrasts personal views. Will not shop from here again."

"Selling mutton? as lamb on the meat counter. Claimed it would take 15 mins to cook, which seemed unlikely. After over 2 hours I put in the slow cooker overnight but it was still as tough as old boots in the morning, totally inedible, waste of my time and money! Not even sure what meat it was!! Rest of the store is great, staff lovely. The butcher’s let’s it down!"
