"I don't know anyone who has a good name for this place,or more the staff that work here . The attitude of every shop assistant is terrible , you get ignored, no please or thank you's, given wrong information but no apology when their mistake is brought to light... I've never known any other shop where the staff are so customer UNFRIENDLY ..I heard the manager snap at someone earlier... we open at 9am not 8.55....well the actuall time they opened was 9.05 so they need to check their clock ... and their attitude ... they are never open for 9 am in my experience...I and my whole family only use this place when absolutly necessary as the staff are shocking"

"Woman on counter is ignorant. Takes way too long to prepare a prescription ( this time over a week) and did not receive txt to say ready so had to ring to confirm. Also was told they were waiting on one item but didn't know when it would be in! No help at all."

"Previously the service and attitude of the staff of this pharmacy has been appalling however today I was pleasantly surprised when I rang the pharmacy and spoke to Aisha who was both polite and extremely helpful. I hope Aisha’s pleasant and positive attitude is a turning point for future reviews on this pharmacy and that other staff members adopt the same helpful manner towards its customers."

"Awful. Won't be using again. My doctor sent a prescription through Wednesday morning and told me it should be ready in 2 hours. I phoned Wednesday afternoon and was told they had received the prescription but it wasn't ready to collect and I would receive a text message when it was. I waited until Thursday afternoon still no text. My mum called in as she was passing and it was miraculously pulled from under the counter. The label on the bag had the previous day's date on. I dread to think how long I would have waited for the text message to come through. Not good when people are waiting for medications etc."

"Prescriptions not delivered on time, items missing on a regular basis, staff make excuses, the surgery sent it late, we've been in porta cabins etc, but when challenged they resort to being rude, "Do you want the item delivered or not?" and "If you're not happy with the service there are other chemists", don't bother complaining to head office, I did on the 2nd of June, the reply was that it would be passed to the area manager for investigation but I've heard nothing since"
