"Signed up to a course a couple of weeks ago which should be now into it's 3rd week, no contact from the college yet and when I try to call I either get cut off or the call doesn't get answered. I hope this doesn't affect my ability to apply elsewhere because no course content has been delivered."
"I remember leaving this college in my second year. There was a women called Neelam Hussain (Head of Health department) who was very rude and unprofessional. I have witnessed her treating both staff and students poorly. I used to also hear complaints about her everyday from other students."
"I love this college so much it really provides the highest quality and delivery in further education for it's students and equips you with the necessary skills ready for the workplace. When you leave this college you will leave as confident individuals ready to take on the workplace in a professional and successful manner. My favourite teacher is Arsha she is such a professional teacher who is a laugh and great to talk to...."
"from the security man to the staffs, all r horrible , rude & unhelpful. I told the manager that I'm studying in an other organizations with the same course ,I have to change institute coz it overlaps with my other course from 2nd term. my point was 0.1 less than the requirements & that over proud manager said their assessment r different from the others. I was like wth ! why over proud & looking down to other organizations... they r all registered in UK under the gov rules they r all similar assessment. even this campus offer me now I won't enroll into a rude college where r teachers & the staffs so harsh & unhelpful... extremely bad experience, a shameful campus"
"I did the UAL Graphic Design course which was held in a studio in Millennium Point. The atmosphere was always productive and it felt like coming into work/ university rather than a college so I really enjoyed it. The UAL (University of Arts London) courses really helped you prepare for university. The Graphics and Fashion courses were UAL and were taught in studios in Millennium Point, so I recommend choosing one of those courses here, but I don't know if they still teach in Millennium Point anymore. The actual Matthew Boulton building wasn't that great though, I didn't like the environment. The student services on the third floor were also really poorly managed, I stood 6 hours in the queue in one day. (2 hours just to be told to come back later, and when I came back later I stood for 4 hours). But the student mentor service was helpful, especially Bobby Pigeon. So I recommend this college for the UAL courses."
