"I am virtualy housebound at themoment due to my lungs being affected severely bythe cold. I have been trying all day from 9.00am today until 3.30pm and the only response that I get is from the answering machine and he keeps saying go on the web site and book a flu jab or leave a message. because they are dealing with other patients. They have cut the staff back by what It appears to be 4 members,of staff, and they expect us to use the internet which a lot of people do not even no how to turn on a computer. This company can only see ££££££s and are not bothered about us poor and poorly people"

"Once again they have failed on my prescription!! They tried to deliver when I was out, but now under the new management they do not now retry to deliver. You have to go there to collect!! I walked down to collect (Thursday 10.30) and there was a sign in the door saying they were closed but to knock. I knocked only to be told they did not have a pharmacist so could not let me have my prescription even though it was on shelf!! What a way to run a business!! Bring back McGills!!"

"Shocking prescription delivery service recently, I ordered my repeat prescription a week early from my doctors as I was going on holiday. It was approved on the Tuesday, I called McGills on the Friday and was told it was out for delivery, it never got delivered. I tried calling in the Saturday but they where closed, I went on holiday on the Sunday and they tried to deliver it on the Monday - 6 days after my doctors processed it! This isn’t the first time this has happened. Now looking for a new pharmacy to deliver my prescriptions on time."

"im giving these 1 star as they have repeatedly left me without my repeat prescriptions for days over the past few months as they havent ordered them... im having to do their job for them phoning them to ask where is ??? item that is due !! The reason i have a repeat prescription is so i dont have to do the ordering ....one case in fact was a anti blood clotting tablet that should have been delivered the following month after recent surgery and on repeat and they never requested it.....ive been with these for years and never had a problem before so why now and whose responsibility is it ...i have some tablets due very, very soon so lets see how this items repeat pans out !!"
