"Trying to tell me they’re on a new system and I have to wait 48 hours for my prescriptions because they don’t want to do their job because i called late, left me on hold for ages to check the status of my prescription, I had to hang up and call back several times. Explained I pick on my prescriptions the same day my Doctor sends them over and won’t be waiting 48 hours, then tried to tell me to come in 2 hours to which was finally agreed they can do the prescriptions in 30 minutes. Just lying from the start so they don’t have to do their job, very very bad customer experience and this isn’t the first time."
