"A lot of the staff, in particular the ones working in the afternoon /evening and extremely rude and arrogant. One of the shop assistants obviously doesn't know much English so if a customer asks for anything, he will just reply, "no have"! I also witnessed an episode when he charged a customer twice on his card and then refused to admit or refund. One of the cashiers is usually terribly rude to Asian and black customers but not to white customers. She is Asian herself. I haven't made a complain but people have said that if they complain, they are sent a voucher but nothing gets done about the rude and incompetent staff."
