"Small Co-op store in Bookham Village, not very well stocked ! Every time I come here it appears that they are waiting for a delivery to arrive. Very expensive prices at least 20/50p more expensive per item compared to Tesco Express ."
"Excellent service impressed by the new Employer Vicky she is very polite and very good ,I don't go very often in the shop but because of her I will go more ,Well done to the CO -op who Employee her ."
"Don't get me wrong, this place is fine but: -Looks way bigger than it is. Actually missing what I'd consider to be quite important household goods. Like squirty cream? Why is there no squirty cream? -Literally no one works here there are 3 people on duty at any one time. So you buy a bottle of beer and the machine wants alcohol approval and no one shows up. Pain. -You have to pay for parking? What? Ridiculous."
"Staff friendly enough, although on the 5 items for 5 pounds there were no onion rings, so asked and was told can have 2 of something else, also picked up 2 pizza and B&J icecream for 5 pounds, went to till, and first told to pay over 25 pound, then explained, and noted should be 10 pound, got reassurance from 3 staff (lucky no que) then with a smile told to pay 13 pound, then explained again, and eventually paid 10 pounds. Okay got to 10 in the end, but could not stop thinking after visit that if we had not queried price we would have ended up paying over 15 pound extra!"
"Adequate choice of convenience items, biscuits, milk, loo roll etc. The ready meals based around mince I wouldn't feed to a dog. They are awful. The green grocer in the same high street far better for veg and the butcher likewise for meat. You wont get it much cheaper at this co-op it's convenience store prices not supermarket. The service is awful. Today I was left stranded at the ridiculously pnnickety self service tills for around 5minutes whilst a lady shouted at me from the tobacco kiosk she would get someone to help me. She didn't and continued to serve other customers. So I did what we should all do when confronted with poor service. I went somewhere else. Waste of time."
