Reviews
"Good range of products. Nice service too"
"Lovely people who run this shop, been using them for years. Very friendly, hard working, kind people."
"Absolutely awful customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I've been collecting parcels from this store for months, the owners and their daughter never checked my ID in fact they let me collect my friends parcels. Today the owner insisted on seeing IDs when we say we don't have it on us and we've collected before without it, he called said him and his stuff always check IDs because that's the procedure. When I said well not always, he called me a liar and told me to go and learn some English! Seriously?! Is this how one speaks to customers these days?! I was completely shocked. I live next door to the shop and have been there daily for over a year. Not anymore though. Avoid this place, they really couldn't care less"
"The person who accepts parcels for shipment on Friday evening refused to accept them from me .. said that I would come on Monday. it is a pity that you can not hope that your package will be accepted!"
"Very rude lady at the counter. Not sure if she had a bad day or she has something against mothers with newborn. It is the last time I am using this shop for anything"
