"They don’t give you a tracking number, lost my parcel now I’ve lost out on money having to refund the buyer. Had a bad feeling about this postal service."

"Absolutely terrible service from this store. I wanted to send a return to a company and they would not even provide me with a small amount of tape to stick my label on. Having previously worked in a similar store where providing tape was no issue, I was very shocked at their stance. What made matters worse was that the tape cost 75p, the minimum card charge was £1 and after finding an item to reach the pound threshold, I still incurred a further 50p card fee. I ended up spending over a pound more than I had planned that day. I will never go back to this store again. My advice to the management is to learn some basic customer service skills."
