"Fantastic service, extremely prompt responses to quote request/emails from Lorraine and most importantly the team have done an amazing job on 2 end of tenancy cleans for us in Manchester City Centre. The place was sparkling after their visit. Both visits have resulted in our full deposits being returned by the landlord with no questions asked, so worth every penny. Would highly recommend!"

"Brilliant service from Maid 4 U!!! We've tried several cleaners over the past few years. They've all started off good but after a while you see things start to slip. Maid 4 U have maintained the consistently high levels of service. At the same time Lorraine and her team have been so accommodating if we need to change slots once in a while due to my partner's random night shifts. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! Worth every penny!!!"

"Maid4U serviced my flat for the last few years and everything was always tip top. I personally can't confirm any of the negative reviews below. On the contrary, as a client I did behave quite poorly at times (cancelling cleans on short notice, etc.), but Lorraine was always very professional and any problems were always sorted swiftly. I am now moving away and will have to find someone who can match their service. I highly recommend Lorraine and her team."

"I wish that I could give zero stars - note that it is the owner who has posted one the 5 star reviews after reading this one, says it all really! This company should be avoided at all costs. Our experiences are very similar to those detailed in the other 1 star review below. We have been very happy with the standard of cleaning and had even recommended the company to others However, beware of the owner. She is a very very unpleasant individual (again - who has just given herself a 5 star review) In recent months, there has been a pattern of our cleaner showing up late or cancelling at very short notice. This is no doubt because she is overworked, not her fault When we raised this politely with the owner, she become highly aggressive. All we asked is that we commit to a slightly later time so that we could make arrangements around our baby/toddler's schedule. She seemed to think it acceptable to swear at us on the phone with our baby in earshot She also engaged in all manner of vindictive games like telling us the cleaner would be coming then pulling her at the last minute knowing that we would have made special arrangements on the assumption of her coming. As soon as we paid our invoice, she terminated any future cleans. So as with the review before, they responded very very dramatically to a simple request to resolve a problem. Really, then, avoid like the plague. Unless you like appalling service and somebody who gets aggressive and plays games if you deign to politely raise an issue. If you are somebody who is getting a cleaner because you have young children, all the more reason to avoid."

"Really disappointed in Maids4u. I've been a client for some time and while the standards of cleaning are top notch generally , it seems when you bring a simple query to the owner to see if there was a clean on a certain day. Instead of resolving, they terminate any future clean saying they are offended that I even asked. As someone who is quite friendly and laid back, and also referred this firm. I'm quite disappointed in how they've approached something so simple. Pretty dramatic really. I actually cant believe the situation caused over something so simple."
