"its a good school and children will love it its a fair and honest school if there is someone bullying someone they will take them out of the class and speak to them. Your children may not like the food there but that is there opinion and what they think of teachers is their opinion but don't start dissing the school over social media"
"While I can highly recommend some staff some are not so great I witnessed head teacher screaming at children in her office while I was sat in waiting room and I mean shouting me and reception staff was sat there mouths wide open . If your child has special needs don't exspect them to be met in fact exspect your child to be pulled in everyday for minor problems such as moving out of seat not going on climbing frame when allocated day , Since moving my children it has come apparent how much school influenced my child's behaviour suddenly disappeared when attending new school children. Very apparent teachers have fav children bullying is a big problem with children aswell as PARENTS yes parents bully other children teachers don't build rapport with children that have difficult behaviours rather exclude a child from class and peers when have significant social difficulties I can highly recommend such staff as Mrs helpin she was a fantastic support reception staff and senco within reason as Mrs hill has a large case load with SEN children sometimes very difficult to get hold of or attend meetings overall if your child has no needs it would be great but for special needs I think school needs overall it lacks the facilities to support these children and in turn causing difficulties with staff and parents school was a big help in my child but it took a lot of reporting and getting extra help before needs could be met so resulted in constantly meeting with school or on edge of seat of thinking child was going to be excluded personally I don't think school is supported enough by outside agencies so become strained and resources are not used to the best of it abilities . There is lack of after school clubs for children which in a area such as this it is extremely needed centre attached doesn't offer any extra curriculum activities which again big issue for local community young children are turning to criminal activity as young as 7 due to lack of facilities in the area I feel the school and staff could be excellent if these were brought into the area my child was always unhappy and had to stop in doors in fear of being hurt serious incident did happen where a 10 year old sprayed him in face with spray paint while riding his bike haven't wrote this to downgrade the school or staff more for possible outside agencies to see and recognise support is needed in specific areas ."
"Forestdale is a lovely school and my daughter has flourished there. The staff are friendly and helpful and do their very best for the children in their care. My daughter loves going to school and I am happy that while she is there she is not only recieving a good education, she is in a safe, happy environment where she is encouraged to shine!"
