"5 stars for Vera, not the school, the best cleaner in the world who deserves a pay rise!!!"
"Absolutely abhorrent school. They treat the kids like trash. The teachers are so rude and nosey. They are dead set on ruining the kids life. If your in sixth form you know what I’m in about. They will literally refuse to let you show your potential so you can apply for the course you want at university and make you take a gap year. I got a A star al because I didn’t listen to them. It is the most dangerous school in Birmingham any one can just walk in even though they have tags. They have all these roles but none of them benefit the students what the point of having 20 thousand pastoral leaders if you can’t even help the kid."
"Berry berry gud skool, I like mr smiff, he berry berry good teachar, I pass exam becozze of hime"
"This is ten percent luck, twenty percent skill Fifteen percent concentrated power of will Five percent pleasure, fifty percent pain And a hundred percent reason to remember the name Who the hell is he, anyway? He never really talks much Never concerned with status but still leaving 'em star-struck Humbled through opportunities given despite the fact That many misjudge him 'cause he makes a living from writing raps Put it together himself, now the picture connects Never asking for someone's help, or to get some respect He's only focused on what he wrote, his will is beyond reach And now it all unfolds, the skill of an artist"
"Good teaching and behaviour management. They have reasonable detention times: I think 15-20 for punctuality at lunch, 30 after school for uniform or homework offences, 1hr if you skip the 30 min detention. Teachers try to make lessons fun and appealing to students and always give revision time for tests or exams. Receptionist is very nice and can help you with lost property, tags, buspasses etc."
