"Outstanding service received from team members Shaun, Sarah & Luke. I initially booked with Shaun 6months ago who carefully helped me to plan a holiday for my daughters birthday. I received a email to inform me the hotel we planned to stay at would be under refurbishment during our stay. Having called the store to explore my options Sarah & Luke went above & beyond to resolve the matter. Head office was initially non helpful & was quite happy to just have me cancel my holiday after 6months of planning.
