"PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A LONG STICK!!! They played on my vulnerability of wanting to visit a sick relative by charging me £2,659 for an economy flight to Jamaica, and I apparently only got that ticket because of a cancellation. I was unable to return on my due date because Virgin Atlantic Flights do not leave Montego Bay Airport on Wednesdays. It was impossible to reach Flight Junction, and when I did she { Yana Butler} was less than helpful. I then had to find a place to stay until the next date when Virgin left from Montego Bay which left me out of pocket by hundreds of pounds. The next time I heard from Ms Butler it was 27th July when my original date was 21st July , and that was to say she had found me a flight for some time August. I have now sent her 2 e mail message which she has not responded to. If you value your sanity and your money DON'T USE THEM."
"Never ever do business with this company they make you pay a great price as soon as you have paid they call you back to tell you that the price will be more expensive and that if you want to cancel there will be a fee. A real scam more service in English only with people in India"
