"Nothing wrong with the store itself but security at the door are over the top, this has put me off going back. Told me off for using the wrong exit eventhough lots of other people done the same as I used Argos after shopping for groceries and accused me of stealing but soon as I said receipt is in my bag let me go without checking anyway."
"Shopping at Sainsbury's today was a dream! All the shelves were packed with goodies, the aisles were spacious, and it was very clean and organized. The staff were very cheerful and efficient. I'm sure it won't be the same next week, but I managed to get most of my Christmas shopping done. Furthermore, I was really pleased with the quality of their clothing. I purchased an off-white waterproof polyurethane 3 quarter length coat and it was really stylish. It also had a lining across the back and chest that provided warmth. It was so nice that someone asked me where I got it! If you're looking for quality clothes, I definitely recommend Sainsbury's."
"If you want quality clothes, Sainsbury's always provides. I brought an off white waterproof polyurethane 3 quarter length Coat. It's really stylish. It also has a lining across the back and chest for warmth. Really nice!! I do hope they keep making this product because it has been commented on when I was shopping. Someone asked me where I got it! Their clothes are of good quality. Definitely recommend Sainsbury's for clothing."
"Very busy but well organised with Marshalls directing traffic. Didn't have to queue too long at check out either! Cafe under pressure but coped well. Overall a good experience."
"There is nothing wrong with the store or the variety of stock available. I have been shopping here regularly for years BUT the store has become more and more fortified. You have to go through metal security doors on the way in, recently added. What has really angered me is the level of mistrust for its customers. Now if you use the self scanners, you have to scan your receipt to prove you have paid if you wish to be released from the store. What if you refuse to prove you are not a thief? Do they detain you until you comply. Today I was paying cash so went to a cashier. The gate that covers the gap between the tills is so large that it actually hindered me trying to put my shopping on the conveyor belt. It seems to me they are verging on paranoia. So I will be going to Asda more often now, at least they trust their customers."
