"I want to write about a specific Iceland Store. I don’t normally shop online but I have this time for Christmas. The Grays store in Essex have been tremendous. My delivery came on time but there were a few items that were missing. I made a call to the store and spoke to Joe who made sure I had my missing items delivered. They hadn’t gone out in the van on the 2nd delivery and so he personally dropped them off on his way home. What a fantastic service and keeping me up to date with call and text message"

Missing items, I called for the items that was missed ro then have the cheap version of foods and wrong type of foods and still tems Missing!! 3rd time lucky I hope ..watch this space for I HOPE THE LAST AND FINAL CORRECT ITEMS. I requested a credit note for inconvenience- denied! Sent me a cheap bottle of wine when I asked for something for the value of £10 that Joe offered!
