"As expected with sainsburys quality food only drawback is the very limited parking by the supermarket can get problems getting into the car park locatingca space and leaving,small parking charge which is redeemed at the tills there is the town centre car park on the approach rd to sainsburys adjacent to what was ongar police station or park in an opposite car park butcthesexare council run and parking fees are not redeemed at Sainsburys"
"Have been using this store for years. Dont know what is going on but things have gone downhill this year. Veg and fruit aisle is often missing basic items, ditto milk, pet food and general stock levels are poor. Only one or two checkout staff are operating when i go in forcing customers to use self checkout. These are always going wrong and out of 6 the most that are working are 4 and these fault frequently. Scanner on lottery counter never works properly causing delays and frustration. Best thing about this store is the staff they are excellent but they are visibly struggling its a real shame."
