"Experienced and helpfull..."
"Ordered a couple of inhalers from the surgery reception and was told they’d be ready by midday next day. Popped in next day at 4pm and the woman at the counter told me it’s not ready and she’s go sort it at the back. Took 40 minutes for the inhalers to come round the front! In the mean time others were coming to get their prescriptions and all were being told they would have to wait while their prescription is prepared at the back, none were ready! Really bad service and there must have been at least six people at the back."
