"This a nice enough coop - big enough for one thing. However the delivery service is deeply unreliable. If you buy a multi-by offer that they can't deliver, they will charge you full price for the bits they can. It is impossible to return the stuff for a refund. Furthermore, I put an order in for delivery 6 days ago. It never appeared... hanging around rather spoiled our evening and my 4 year old was very disappointed. I've been waiting 5 days for a response to my online enquiry. Currently having a lovely time on a phone line constantly telling me that "we've gone online"... yeah...."

"worst customer service ever experienced. Staffs do not care about customers and there is no help even if you ask for it. Long lines for payment and on top of it everything is expensive. Co op should better train their staffs properly. Are'nt they paid to serve?"
