"Well maintained, people and family friendly ."
"Huge set of playing fields between Greenfield and Uppermill (built around the 60s/70s). Perfect for dogs, having a kick about (Rugby or Football) and even has a small skate park for the kids. One side of the field has a proper stone path so you don't have to walk on the grass if it's wet. Parking is on street around the area - perhaps somewhat limited on the Uppermill side but plenty of space on the Greenfield side usually. Sometimes it's busy but even then there's bound to be space for yourself somewhere on the field."
"Ooo I've gotta lot of me.ories here!! Aghh so so sooo many!! We just went the other day too!! Once our friend fell down the muddy hill on a snowy wet day. It gets so muddy!!! The field is also cool but some man that maybe worked doing something there chased us across the field telling us to get off the grass kind of!! Also if you go through the bushes in the back there's like a tennis court I think is near in the waggon ways?!"
"Nice place to have a walk or sit and watch the world go by"
"Beautiful area for walking down by the river on a sunny evening... You may even catch some the local wildlife"
