"If i could rate it no stars i will i did a home delivery on friday for 10-12 only havlf turned up been ringing them non stop all they do is keep telling me they will delivery it today or tomorrow and never do its now monday and i have to go there myself and hope i get my order or money back its a joke and they need to sort this shop out"
"Absolutely appalling service. Ordered for home delivery. It never arrived, no communication from the store at all, they just marked it as delivered when they hadn't. Wasn't answering any phone calls, then when I did get through the following day I was promised it would be with me today. Never turned up and again no communication from the store. I'm down money and no food."
"A 50/50 experience. I've unfortunately encountered an extremely rude woman before. Who spoke down to my mum and then myself, her attitude was not necessary. Since we had not been rude, or hadn't done anything to deserve her rudeness, it really put me off going again. And yes I've avoided it since. The Woolwich store delivery I hear has been shocking also. I've received out of date items before which really isn't acceptable. It's okay for some convenient meals and items. I'd not go here if I wanted to cook something healthy.. Nor would I go here for good customer service"
"Medium sized store with fridges well stocked clean and friendly staff with no self service tills so check out is quick and extra tills opened as needed parking a short walk away and a great cafe with excellent food just around the corner opposite the swimming pool"
"It seems that management has changed. I had to wait in the queue for longer than 15 minutes on Monday morning. There was only one cashier, she kept on asking someone else to jump on till but no one did. There were two ladies (staff) giggling and mucking about using phone (showing pictures etc.) who did not give a toss. It seemed like there was a member of management staff waked by but she did not engage with them at all! Utterly ridiculous."
