Reviews
"Great stores welcoming all the diverse people families and children. Very close to Newham Library, Forest Gate Railway station of Elizabeth Line, Woodgrange Park Overground train station, Romford road TfL Bus stops for Bus Routes 25, 58, 86, 325, 330, 425."
"Superb, but offer mentioned in bucket is not clear to all level of clients"
"Rude staff. Not sure about his name but he was Asian and serving me. I asked about the student discount and he says ‘who’s the student? You?’ With a dirty smirk. And refused to apply discount even though I had valid student beans. He had much attitude and didn’t need to speak to me in this way. Clearly needs to mind his own business on whether me or my sister was the student if I am providing valid ID!"
"Staff are very rude and un organised in the Forest Gate branch, my daughter purchased some items and asked for 15% student discount. Staff scanned any barcode and gave her 10% off the total amount... When questioned about this the lady serving us said its only 5p. I said its not 5p and even if it is every penny counts right now as thing are very expensive. The staff member looked at me and waited for payment. Why have a discount for students when you don't fully give them a discount. Very disappointed with the service and staff are extremely rude. Management need to train their staff. I welcome your feedback iceland."
"Not much social distancing queue outside compared to neighbouring Tesco. People are largely following rules in the aisle others are brazen and clueless as to the pandemic exists."
