"Shopping in the future is here! A surreal experience. Very friendly person on the door explained how it all works. You scan your Amazon account to get in and you literally pick items up and put them in your bag. Little cameras follow you about and if you decide to take something out of your bag and put it back on to the shelf then the camera will register that you have done so and it will not be included in your bill. Some good choices of products too. You can purchase shopping bags if you need more. Once you leave via scanning the app you get a bill perhaps half an hour later which comes through to your Amazon orders. It’s amazing because it’s itemised and they know exactly what you have taken. I was stopped in Chingford with a leaflet. They had a discount day for prime members so thought I’d give it a go. A surreal experience for me and I’ve given 4 stars because although it was very clean I am just not used to shopping this way but it is the future. I do not have one local to me and would not go out of my way just to visit this store, I am in Woodford but if one were to open near to me I would frequent often I am sure. The thing is when in other shops remember not to just put items straight in to your bag hahaha. If you get to used to it you may find yourself arrested for shop lifting. It’s like when I got so used to Uber that I’d get in a pay via cash cab and go to get out without paying. Jokes aside however I did enjoy the experience."

"First time visit to any Amazon Fresh, what a refreshing (excuse the pun) shopping experience. Bright, roomy, well stocked and good prices.. It is just a strange way to shop, no checkouts, it feels like you are shop lifting. I will certainly use Amazon Fresh again."

"A quick shopping experience, in and out in a few minutes and no waiting for checkout assistance . Scan in , put groceries in your bag and walk out , simple. Product range is a little limited but I’m sure it will expand in the future."

"Nice clean store & works like magic. Just walk in, scan phone, put stuff in your bag & walk out.. no questions asked or queues to deal with. You can also do your amazon returns here. Item pricing varies but they do have special offers often. Its not the biggest Fresh store, I remember the old Budgens here was alot bigger but this is the only Amazon Fresh for miles.. all the other stores are in central London."

"Great place to buy daily essentials. I love the fresh bread and pastry for breakfast. There is also a range of food items, veggies and wine selections which saved me from going to a big supermarket. Entry and exit is fast. Staff are very friendly and helpful"
