"Horrible customer service whoever was the secutodaon night shif he is super rude while I do know that they are closing at 00:00 and I went to quick hoping for grabbing burger and bread which is the time was 23:45 which is I do have15 mins he told me we are closing and I said okay, after 1 mins later while I was trying to get bread he start to scream from the from door ” Man I I told you we are closing!!!” and I respond him that thanks man you already told me half second ago, while he screaming me he accepted another cosI did while he.was screaming me that they are closed which is the time was 23:50! I respond him that you are screaming me that you closed which is you still have 10 mins and you accept another customer....! This is horrible costumer service and horrible way to talk with people not just a costumers!!! Hope someone can take this serous because when ever I use Tesco always I am experience bad attitude and sad faces... I feel.like they are giving my shopping as a free.... Come on guys!!!! Well when I check all the reviews there is a serious problem with the our local tesco managing and customer service I can see that there is a comment from 2 years ago about same persons and similar attitudes and after 2 years I can see that I am having similar experience I think this is the tescose new policies that they are screaming to customers an yelling to customers hey TESCO if you are not happy you an close your shop around Crossharbour side.this is not right attitude and it's illegal for human rights if I am gonna experience this issue aggaing I would be happily contact directly to HRMS for horrible costumer service and rude attitude.... This is not a normal behavior!!! #tescosolvetheissue!"

"THE worst customer service I've ever witnessed. When asked for help because the seal was broken in a product, the cashier claimed I broke the seal whereas I didn't even leave the counter. The supervisor came in and said "just take your refund and leave us alone". Absolutely baffled. Stay away, the employees don't know basic manners."

"Just a really awful experience there, the price didn’t match the price tag when I scanned the item, and when I asked for help, the elder lady with long hair at the cashier gave me a very unpleasant look and yelled at me when I had to pay again. Tesco really need to sort out their poor customer service."

"Went into this local Tesco today while I was working from home- I was in hoodie and some shorts and the older lady working there seemed to not like what I was wearing so preceded to follow me down an aisle and stand literally right behind me while I was looking at what veg to buy. I then went to another aisle and who can I see down aisle the same lady. I carried on shopping went to the self check out and after I paid I turned around to find the same lady directly right behind me. So I asked if there was an issue to which another Person who worked there quickly came over to tell me there was no issue and the previous lady actually looked me up and down. I left - feeling sick for spending £20 in a local Tesco’s. Didn’t realise I didn’t fit the mould of a tesco shopper. I’ll be sure to watch out for their inclusive adverts around Christmas time. Do better Tesco’s."

"Well stocked small Tesco. Generally clean and tidy and staff are helpful. Often lots of produce cages left around."
