"I wanted at the first place to get some nice pancakes and a coffee to get the day started. The guy realised after a while that the pancakes pan wasn’t warm enough and asked me to come back later . So I went to get my breakfast at the Market Kitchen . The loaded sausage and cheese toast wasn’t hot and tasted really bad. The gentleman at the counter has been very helpful and changed my food. It was very chocking to see the Morrison team members jumping the customer queue to get their coffee or their breakfast. I have also been chocked about the way the guy in charge was talking to the team member and giving attitude to the customer. What a shame I’ll never ever chance having anything from the Market Kitchen anymore. About the grocery store : Amazon prime pickup team members constantly push past or get really close to customers in order to grab their items for the Amazon prime orders. They are running everywhere and don’t even care about customers on the shop floor. No apologise at all when passing in front of customers without respecting any social distance . The team members behaviour on the shop floor is just terrible. Making jokes about customers and laughing out loud between them. The cleanliness of the store is also really bad and team members are dropping cardboards and plastics packaging on the floor even with customers around. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!"

"Love Morrisons always have, always will. The food is really good, the people are friendly the Clothes actually fit and it was quick to get through the the checkout till. I will be continuing to visit in the future and and now the proud owner of a pair of of knickers and a matching bra and a rather beautiful white polka dot dress which I wore that evening."

"Generally average service at my local Morrisons. Standard three stars. However, Austin was extremely helpful when my payment method failed because my phone died. I initially reached out to another colleague of his, and was casually dismissed, but he alleviated the distress caused by such an inconvenience using good communication skills and customer service. I saw him again in action which tells me something about his consistency. 5 stars for this gentleman."

"Morrisons Canning Town is a very large and convenient store. It has a wide range of options to choose from and is located in a good spot. Unfortunately, the click-and-collect service is really bad. I've tried on two occasions to give the benefit of the doubt. On both occasions, I had to go upstairs (despite being told to add my details on the app/website and someone would come down). I also don't like how the child/disabled parking is taken up either by staff members or scooters!"

"Big supermarket just near the Canning Town Bus station. You can get practically all your fresh groceries here. There is a bakery and a lovely cafe to eat in. Aisles are wide and goods well displayed with clear labels. There is a free 2 hours car parking adjacent to the store."
