However shelves are usually pretty empty and it's crazy busy. 5 stars is because of a member of staff with the name badge Cj, she's an absolute asset to the store... she's so warm and friendly towards all customers. Being served by her is such a nice change to a usually chaotic and stressful store."

"I fail to understand some of the comments here. Staff is friendly and is always up for a small chat. Theres is a guy at the till with slightly longer here and we always have a laugh or crack a joke. The Lady who seems to be a manager is absolutely lovely and adorable and so is "Curly" behind the till. Always polite and helpful. Ok, the prices are slightly higher but it is a TESCO Express. The Security guard some people were complaining about here was actually just a bit blunt but that was due to a language barrier. When you answered him in a normal way and just spoke to him, he was actually very funny. They don't have everything but how can they? The premises are not that large."

"Staff never know where things are even though they are constantly refilling the shelves. When I went there on a Monday it's not open until 8 was disappointed when I got there at 7. No one smiles and they seem to try and have as little interaction with customers as they can. Male manage is not nice and never seems to be on the shop floor so if something is important when busy you have to wait around. When going to this store often found the staff not talking in English and when I approached one he pointed to another lady as he did not understand what cheese was. So after over a year of disappointment today was the last straw the staff are rude and swear at you then still speak in their native language which I don't have an issue with unless they are talking to customers then and as it's a tesco multi brand and not a one off small business then I think why is this ok and why do Tesco allow this to continue I love going to the Tesco in beckton but this one I would advice you to when possible go to a better shop to gain a great experience."
