"Staffs at this M&S never be the nicest however I felt very unwelcome today when I returned an item in its original box and in perfect condition. A girl served me today just gave me a dirty look and never said thank you nor replied anything to what I said but instructed me to pick up a shopping bag from the cash till to put the item in it. She even gave me a dirty look again when I saw her stocked up on aisle. The manager should give full training to staffs to remind them to treat all customers equality whatever the backgrounds."

"Don't waste your money in Food Hall. £5 for 4 falafel and a table spoon of houmus. £2 for little cold pasta. See the pictures. If there is a meal deal you get both for £5. I am sure even their own management will not pay so much for so little food. This is pure greed and disgraceful of a company like this. I am so disgusted with their pricing, no more M&S food hall from now on."
