"I live local and I am a regular. 99% of the times, service is great. I am sorry I haven’t write a good review before (hence starting with a honest compliment) but I’ve just left the store about 15 minutes ago. I am sure it was before 11pm (closing time, and video checking should be available in case my word is questioned inside the store), but I had to leave all shopping by the till as I couldn’t pay with cash. ‘Card only’ was the only option on the self-service tills. I can understand it’s the end of the shift and everyone is ‘ready to go’. I’d recommend leaving one of the self-service ‘card & cash payment’ tills open, though. I pay card the vast majority of the times, but today it happened I didn’t have it on me. Some customers still use cash, too. I felt disappointed as well for the employees who know me because we say ‘hi’ almost everytime I see them. Something to keep an eye on, guys."

"I normally don’t like to leave negative feedback but after being disappointed on a few occasions I felt like i had to. I don’t usually shop hear for grocery as I prefer Tesco but I ordered from them because I received an Uber promotion and their shop is the only one available for Uber delivery in my area. Therefore I ordered from them once or twice and every single time something was wrong with my order. Either is for stuff missing from my bag for which I was charged or even expired products. Recently I’ve received an promotion of 30% off when you shop more than £20. Although I made sure to order more than £20, because some of the items were unavailable not only affected the offer on not being applied but I also got to pay £5 fee for the so called “small order “. Honestly if i have to pay a fee at this point I rather prefer you cancel my order or substitute the missing products. If wasn’t for the offer I would not shop at all from this shop."

"Always friendly and polite team members, one Asian male that works on replenishment is always happily willing to check the stock room for me if an item isn't on the shelf. A very efficient self service system, eveything runs smoothly and all essentials are available for a relatively small store ✔"

"There is so much in this tiny store! Every essential you can think of, fresh produce, vegetables, cooling counters,freezers...I could go on. Very well stocked and very well organised to make use of its space. Surprisingly quick check out system because there is always enough staff. I love this mini Sainsburys!"
