"Know that everyone here works hard and I know they get a lot of stick for things which are beyond their control. They try to resolve things which aren't in their job description and more. The most complaints are regarding delivery. Carnt deliver medication like a postman and leave it. So nine out of ten are out. Then moan they haven't received them. So once again their having to deliver the same meds twice. Cottingley do a fantastic job so just remember they to help. Not to be abused."

"Don't know what's changed here in the last 6 month's, used to be a fab little pharmacy, but the past 3 times I've been they've not ordered my prescription, blamed the doctors, said they can't order it unless I ring them (doctors) and find out why it's been held back - all excuses because they've just not done their job properly."
