"Sad sad state, aisles empty, staff oblivious to basic stock/item information. This used to be our main grocery shopping store years back but thanks to the "BR" that "exited" they don't really have much stock nowadays."
"Not the greatest to be honest, the store is all over the place and nothing makes any sense. Wanted to buy some vegetables but the shelves were empty. This isn't the first time either. The customer service isn't great. You've got to chase an employee for a bag once you purchase and they don't have the best attitude either."
"Went in to buy some peppercorn sauce unfortunately the sachet sauce that's normally in the meat section could not be found as they were out of stock but the packet powder sachets were in the source section and were purchased cheaply for 45p. Got a bit of help and directions from staff although they were quite busy."
"UPDATE: The bakery has gone downhill – product range has changed for the worse, and once, probably the best jam doughnuts you could get in a supermarket, are now all soggy and repacked with a new “best before” date until sold. A decent supermarket with in-house bakery and halal butcher counter. Poultry seems to be cheaper than in Tesco or Sainsbury’s. I love their selection of fancy sausages. Produce with the “use by date” next day is reduced throughout the afternoon and can be found at the end of the vegetable, or the meat aisle, respectively. Unfortunately, there is hardly any staff on the floor, if you need any help."
