"Refused to take my Evri parcel saying it was too large, despite it being classed as a “medium parcel” i.e. smaller than the 60x60x60 information buried in the About section of Google maps. No such restrictions are present on the Evri site either, so I can only assume they didn’t like the look of me or prefer making up random rules/applying them as they see fit. As others have suggested, if you are going to offer a service, do it fully and properly or don’t do it at all. Anything else is just wasting people’s time and energy. And to preempt the canned response to similar reviews, yes there are other parcel shops available, but we shouldn’t have to traipse around finding ones that accept all parcels booked through the Evri site if restrictions aren’t easily visible on said site."

"They have really tasty and fresh food the pastry was especially delicious. I was a bit disappointed by my latte and partner's cuppaccino were a bit lukewarm, not sure if that was with the day we visited. It was also freezing (although it was winter when we visited) in the upstairs section not sure if they're in the midst of repair or it's a rustic look their going for.. All in all I would recommend their pastry, I will hopefully retry their coffee before ruling them out."
